We increase visibility, opportunity and connection for women through resource sharing, advocacy, compelling events and investment opportunities for women in commercial real estate in Kansas City.
Women currently own less than 5% of commercial real estate properties globally. Our goal is to encourage women to step into their power and own 51% of all commercial real estate.

Our mission is to champion women in CRE by celebrating achievements, fostering authentic connections, providing real-world tangible education from our own case-studies, and collaboration to increase member's professional visibility and confidence.
Above all, we are creating community of strong independent women who are serious about financial independence and owning our power.

Sheryl Vickers
Co-Founder
Sheryl is a broker, investor and developer and has been a licensed commercial real estate professional for 30 years in the Kansas City market, specializing in retail and restaurant tenant representation and has been investing and developing her own community projects for the past 12 years. Select Sites was founded in 2005 and WIRED was founded in 2016.

Sarrah Chapman
Membership Chair
Sarrah Chapman helps purpose-driven women align with their deeper calling to create meaningful impact—without burnout or sacrifice.
After a career in sales and marketing within industrial engineering, Sarrah followed her own path in 2010, shifting into wellness, personal development, and energy reading to help others create sacred success through deep inner connection.
Passionate about the power of women in land stewardship and community building, she enjoys learning about investment opportunities of all kinds - especially those unique to the rural area where she lives and the spaces where she hosts client retreats.

Selena Corpuz
Event Chair
Selena leads Marketing and Business Development at GastingerWalker&, combining her background in event planning, hospitality, and real estate to create meaningful connections that inspire creativity and growth. A natural integrator, she brings structure to vision and turns relationships into results through strategy, empathy, and purpose. A ULI REDI graduate and aspiring developer, Selena is driven to honor her ancestors’ dreams by building the future they once imagined.

Audrey Navarro
Co-Founder
As Managing Partner of Clemons, Audrey oversees a team of 10+ commercial brokers and maintains an active role in acquisitions, development, strategic planning, and investment sales. She currently owns a portfolio of office, industrial, and multi-family properties across 4 states.

Katie Ramos
Investment Chair
As co-owner of DLM Commercial Real Estate, Katie brings a spirit of excellence and a relationship-driven approach to everything she does. A true go-getter, she’s continually pushing herself to grow and serve clients with top-tier expertise. Deeply passionate about mentorship, Katie credits her success to the incredible mentors who shaped her; and she pays it forward by guiding others. Above all, she believes work should be fun, and she’s always finding ways to bring energy, joy, and laughter into every challenge.

Jessica comes to WIRED with a background in educational leadership and real estate investing. She currently serves as the Director of Operations at Select Sites, a commercial real estate brokerage. As the Administrator of WIRED, Jessica oversees daily operations, manages administrative functions, and coordinates strategic growth initiatives—supporting the organization’s vision and mission to empower women through real estate investment.

Heather Luce
Podcast Chair
Heather Luce has been in the real estate industry since 2015 and is the broker/owner of KC LOCAL HOMES real estate firm. As a Kansas City native, she loves to share her passion about her city and really enjoys establishing unique relationships with everyone she meets. To her, being a small local business means they get to focus on helping others and representing clients fully, while having a lot of freedom to have fun while doing it. Heather is also a real estate developer and investor.
