Sara Hoffman will be presenting an investment opportunity for the development of a new sand volleyball facility in Olathe. This will be the second round of pitches for this opportunity. We will cover everything from the first round, plus updates on progress through early-stage city planning discussions, financing conversations, and the updated site/design feasibility analysis.

With existing local volleyball facilities continuing to operate near capacity, the project is intended to meet strong recreational demand while creating a high-quality, community-oriented entertainment venue with attractive long-term investment potential.
